I have been working on this piece for a long while. there has been much of my time and creativity put into this piece but not knowing what direction to finish her, or bring her into. And then . . . it evolved completely.
My cat was found yesterday morning she got jumped over my porch gate , and I was called and informed of her passing.
After a long while of crying and sobbing, I brought this piece to light and gave her finishing touches with many of her features, her little white bow above her lips that my cat had, whisker freckles , gray green cat eyes, a smudge of white which looked like liner about her eyes and a mischievous smirk.
The piece is titled Spirit of Holly.
